How much does it cost to build automation for my business?

Every project is priced based on scope and complexity. We work on a 50/50 model — half upfront and half on delivery. In the free initial consultation, we will understand your needs and provide a custom quote.

How long does it take to build and implement the solution?

Most of our projects are ready within 2-4 weeks from proposal approval. Simpler projects can be done in a week, and complex ones may take up to 6 weeks. You get regular updates throughout the process.

What happens after the project is done? Are there ongoing costs?

Third-party server costs are transparent and low, paid directly to the provider. Bug fixes are always free. If you want ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and support, pricing for an optional retainer is custom-quoted after a short discovery call.

Do I own the automation? What if I want to switch providers?

Everything we build is yours. You get full access to all code, automation workflows, and server accounts. If you want to switch providers or manage it yourself, everything transfers to you with no issues.

What systems can the automation connect to?

We use n8n which connects to over 400 apps — including WhatsApp Business API, Google Sheets, Gmail, Calendly, CRMs (Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce), Shopify, WooCommerce, and more. If it has an API, we can connect it.

Won't the AI agent annoy my customers?

Our agents are built with a personality and language tailored to your business. They know when to hand off to a human, don't push sales aggressively, and never give robotic responses. We train the agent with your business knowledge.

WhatsApp Business API is priced per message by Meta — third-party costs are transparent and low, paid directly to the provider. We help you set up the account and connect it to your automation. If you prefer, there are Telegram or email alternatives with no per-message cost.

What is the difference between AI tokens and a monthly subscription? How much does it cost?

Models like GPT charge per token usage (text units). An average customer conversation costs just pennies. Third-party AI costs are transparent and low, paid directly to the provider — we build the system to be cost-efficient.
